Skillora ("we", "us", or "our") operates an online English language learning platform based in Antananarivo, Madagascar. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.

When you register for a session, we collect:

• Full name, email address, and phone/WhatsApp number
• Preferred session date, time, and focus area (e.g., Business English, Exam Prep)
• Session history stored locally in your browser

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Schedule and confirm your live English classes
• Send personalized Zoom meeting links via WhatsApp
• Process Mobile Money payments (Orange Money / MVola)
• Communicate important updates about your sessions
• Improve our teaching services and user experience

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We only share necessary information with our qualified teachers to conduct your sessions. We use WhatsApp Business and email for communication. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Payments are processed through trusted Mobile Money services widely used and regulated in Madagascar. While no system is 100% secure, we continuously work to safeguard your information.

6. Your Rights & Choices

You have the right to:

• View and manage your scheduled sessions in the "My Sessions" section
• Cancel upcoming sessions at any time
• Clear all locally stored session data
• Request deletion of your personal information by contacting us
• Withdraw consent at any time

7. Children's Privacy

For our Kids & Teens Program, we require guardian or parent contact information. We do not knowingly collect data from children without appropriate consent.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a session or using Skillora services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Skillora provides live online English language courses via video conferencing (Zoom) with qualified teachers. Services include conversation practice, grammar, business English, exam preparation, and programs for kids & teens.

3. Registration & Payment

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• After registration, you will receive payment instructions via WhatsApp.
• Payment is made via Mobile Money (Orange Money or MVola) to 034 38 288 86 (Henintsoa Toavina).
• The Zoom link will be sent personally after payment confirmation.
• Sessions are confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel a scheduled session at any time through the "My Sessions" section. We recommend canceling at least 24 hours in advance when possible. Refunds are provided only in exceptional circumstances at our discretion. No-shows are non-refundable.

5. User Responsibilities

• Attend sessions on time with a stable internet connection and appropriate device.
• Be respectful to teachers and other participants.
• Do not record, share, or distribute session content without permission.
• For minors (Kids Program), a parent or guardian must be responsible for the registration and supervision.

6. Limitation of Liability

Skillora and its teachers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including technical difficulties with Zoom, internet connectivity issues, or rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances. We strive to provide high-quality education but cannot guarantee specific learning outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property

All teaching materials, course content, and the Skillora brand are the property of Skillora or its teachers. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without explicit written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Madagascar. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Antananarivo.
